Building Our Future: Headquarters & Cultivation Facility Update

Construction continues at Leech Lake Cannabis Company’s new headquarters and cultivation facility in Cass Lake, with recent work advancing the building’s exterior, underground infrastructure, and future growing spaces.

Recently completed

• Insulated metal roof panels installed.
• Underground utilities brought into the building.
• Exterior trim and gutters installed.
• Spray foam sealing completed along roof edges, the ridge, and roof curbs.
• Underground plumbing and electrical work completed.
• Stem walls completed for the flower and vegetative growing rooms.

Coming up next

Crews will prepare the site and building interior for the next phase of construction, including final grading, trench drain installation, and pouring the concrete floor slab. Steel erection for the mezzanine and directional drilling to bring the gas line to the building are also upcoming.

Work will continue to enclose the building with the remaining insulated metal wall panels, temporary enclosures, and temporary heat. Additional work includes painting interior structural steel and pouring exterior concrete stoops and the apron.

Each phase brings us closer to a facility that supports our team, expands our cultivation capabilities, and builds a lasting foundation for Leech Lake Cannabis Company.
